I’m Bill Neech, founder of Sands & Co — an SME Business Consultant with over 20 years’ experience helping business owners regain control, strengthen operations and build sustainable growth. I started Sands & Co because I’ve seen first-hand how quickly a business can feel overwhelming: too many fires to fight, not enough time, and no clear path forward. My role is to bring stability, structure and clarity so running your business becomes easier, more profitable and far less stressful.
My approach is practical, human and straight-talking. I listen first, because every business has its own pressures, ambitions and story.
